Family Session: Curry and Boardman Family Fall 2015

Last week Sunday I got to hang out with Christa, Cole, and their girls for their fall family session. I first met Cole and Christa when I started working at Lifetime. Since I started there, they have added another member to their family. All three of their girls are absolutely adorable and had a ton of fun posing for the camera! It was such a blast to be able to take their pictures and capture some precious family memories!

This past weekend I was back in Sioux Falls to visit friends. While I was there I had the opportunity to take one of my best friend's family photos. I took their pictures a few years ago, and since then their family has grown. Miranda and her family are very near and dear to my heart. I have watched all three of the kids grow up and they are practically my nieces and nephew. It really was an honor to take their pictures and capture these precious moments! Plus it doesn't hurt that the whole family really knew how to work the camera!

Stillwater in the fall

Last week I was in Stillwater to capture some pictures of the fall color change. It has been pretty warm this fall so the colors were a little dull, but the pictures still turned out amazing! If you have never been to Stillwater it is such a pretty town and has many cute shops. There are some stairs that you can climb (caution: they are pretty steep) up to the overlook and you get the entire view of the city and the river valley. It is gorgeous!! Here are a few shots from the evening.

One reason why I love taking pictures is because they bring back so memories! Before I left for Australia, in 2011, my family got together at the lake for one last hurrah! My cousins absolutely love they lake and are such little fishermen. It was a lot of fun to capture some memories with them before I left the country for school. These pictures are some that I, and my family, will cherish forever!
